Our client in
Toronto is actively looking for an
Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team.
Title: Accounts Payable Clerk (Hybrid)
Location: Toronto, ON
Length of Assignment: Temporary to Permanent
Salary: $18/hourly
Essential Duties/Responsibilities/Accountabilities
- Processing invoices and purchase orders from various departments, clients, vendors, and suppliers.
- Uploading of invoice and payment batches into the accounting system.
- Collaborate with operations to facilitate the purchase order approval process and follow up on pending invoices.
- Reconcile vendor statements.
- Assist in processing mass bills, consolidations, EDI reconciliations, and utility invoice processing
Skills/Qualifications/Experience/Education
- Post-secondary education in finance or accounting or equivalent experience with at least 1 year of Accounts Payable experience.
- Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Must have Advance Excel skills.
- Have experience with Sage software
