About the role:
This entry-level role will involve working 10-20 hours per week for 4 months, with the possibility of extension. You will provide Operational administrative support to senior leadership and the Board of Directors, helping with tasks such as scheduling meetings, booking travel, data entry, and other day-to-day administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings
- Book travel arrangements
- CRM data entry and donation reporting
- Credit card and expenses reporting
- Minute-taking for key meetings
- Assisting with operational administrative tasks as needed
For the most part, this role can be done remotely. However, some in-person work might be required.
About you:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Planner, CRM)
- Ability to work with sensitive information with complete confidentiality

Interview Process:
1. 20-minute call with HR: this will be over video call to discuss your background, YWCA Canada, the role and answer some of your initial questions.
2. 40-minute interview with the Director of HR and another member of Senior Leadership.
