Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an engaging, sociable, and experienced individual to join our team as a full-time Office Administrator and HR Assistant. This role is vital in supporting key HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee training and development, human resource management, and providing administrative assistance to our team.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor.
Answer, direct, and provide information for phone inquiries.
Collaborate closely with the HR Manager and department heads.
Assist with hiring processes and site assessments with operations managers.
Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases
Prepare bi-weekly invoices and maintain accurate data entry.
Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and oversee mail and package distribution.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
Maintain office filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring records are organized and accessible.
Maintain an organized reception area and kitchen space.
Support various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
Prior experience in a front desk or similar role is preferred.
Strong phone etiquette and a customer-focused approach.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
Familiarity with ADP software is beneficial.
Detail-oriented, with the ability to proofread documents accurately.
Comfortable using standard office equipment and computer systems.
