Job Posting – Full Time Accounting Coordinator
LOCATION: 532 Evans Ave, Toronto, ON, M8W 2V4 (Hybrid)

WHAT YOU’LL DO
· Assist with creating and managing POs, and entering invoices into Netsuite
· Prepare and process payments
· Research and resolve invoice / PO discrepancies and issues.
· Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.
· Assist in reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts.
· Input financial data into accounting system accurately and timely.
· Prepare Government filings for HST, WSIB and EHT
· Prepare journal entries, accruals and prepaids
· Other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU BRING
· Diploma or Degree in Accounting, or combination of comparable skills and experience.
- Minimum 2 years in a full cycle accounting role.
- Strong computer skills including Google and Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency with Oracle Netsuite. Experience with Shopify also would be a benefit
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent oral & written communication skills.
- Experience preparing payroll is a plus
- Passion for the game of hockey is a major asset
- Ability to work some in-office time at our Etobicoke location
