Compensation: From $35 per hour to $40 per hour, according to experience.
Regular Work Hours: 7.25 hours per day not including 1 hour unpaid lunch break, to be worked during regular business hours, Monday to Friday (36.25 work hours per week).
Work Location: 100% onsite at client's mid town Toronto office, with free parking provided.
Responsibilities Summary: Provide executive administrative support services to senior executive, supporting smooth operation of the executive office, including efficient communications, optimization of time and resources, and timely and effective delivery of services to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage calendars and arrange meetings, appointments, travel and upcoming tasks, paying close attention to allocated time and workflows.
- Facilitate timely and high quality communications between executive office and internal and external stakeholders.
- Anticipate and plan for upcoming deadlines and deliverables, allocating time and resources effectively, and ensuring smooth transitions between tasks and projects.
- Respond proactively to incoming challenges and changes to priorities and work flow, ensuring a thorough, professional and effective response.
- Work with designated stakeholders to overcome challenges and solve problems to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Additional executive administrative support responsibilities as required.
Qualifications: Education: Post Secondary Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Preferred Work Experience: At least 3+ years of progressive administrative support experience, supporting a senior executive.
Technical and Language Skills Requirements:
- Advanced level MS Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams (will be tested).
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail (will be tested)
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, including advanced level business writing skills, excellent spelling, grammar, proofreading and syntax (may be tested), and polished, professional telephone manners.

Additional Requirements:
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada, providing satisfactory documentation upon request.
- Ability to work 100% onsite, abiding by organization health and safety policies

- Provision of certification of AODA and OHSA online training course completion prior to assignment start.
