Job Title: Bilingual Office Admin/Accounting Data Entry Clerk (English/French)
Location: Toronto, ON
Length of Assignment: Temporary to Permanent (In Office)
Salary: $20-$23/hour
Our client in
Toronto, ON is actively looking for a
Bilingual Office Admin/Accounting Data Entry Clerk to join their team.
Position Description:
- Support the accounting team by generating cash receipts and performing ad hoc requests
- Maintain donor, client, and public relations
- Manage the general office email inbox and inbound calls
- Scheduling and planning as needed
- Monday - Friday 35 hours per week
Skills & Qualifications:
- Must be fully bilingual in English and French
- Great communication skills
- Razors Edge experience is an asset
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, and Outlook)
- Background in accounting and office admin work
