This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing the financial health and operational efficiency of a healthcare organization. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies and policies to ensure the organization's long-term financial stability.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and risk management strategies.
- Lead the development and implementation of financial systems and controls.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to make informed financial decisions.
- Lead and manage support services, including food services, housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance.
- Optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Oversee procurement, inventory management, and vendor relationships.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Advanced degree (MBA, CPA, CFA) preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in healthcare finance and operations.
