Overview

Responsibilities
- Respond to customers’ inquiries over telephone, via e-mail, online chat, or by Zoom video.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs and provide product recommendations when requested.
- Provide an appropriate and timely resolution to customer complaints/issues.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of Vielight Inc.'s products, addressing any questions or concerns the customer may have.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all company products and research activity.
- Conduct general admin duties, including processing daily orders, as well as returns, replacement and repair requests.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents accordingly.
- Able to work effectively independently as well as part of a team.
- Follow company’s communication policies and procedures.
- Represent Vielight Inc. with professionalism and enthusiasm, fostering positive relationships with clients and promoting brand loyalty.
- Reports to VP of Science, Materials and Logistics
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong and accurate clerical and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Experience in a medical office setting is preferred but not required.
- Excellent customer support skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and managing phone systems.
- Strong proofreading abilities to ensure accuracy in all written communications.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
