*Job Summary*

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to oversee the accounts payable function within our organization, as well as other accounting tasks as required. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong analytical skills, and have a solid understanding of accounting principles.

*Responsibilities*

Managing and supervision of billing cycle.
Managing and supervision of Accounts payable
Opening new accounts for importer clients in the system.
Reconciling credit card statements and entering them in the system.
Reconciling bank accounts.
Recording overheads and journal entries
Handling online business banking transactions.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and employee expense reports
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
Analyze accounts payable data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
Oversee the maintenance of vendor records and payment terms in the accounting system

*Requirements*

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- Proven experience in an accounting role

- Strong knowledge of account reconciliation principles

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines consistently

- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
