What can I expect in this role?

Core Responsibilities Include:

Weekly payroll processing for 75-85 workers
Accounts Payable
Administrative support to other office staff

Activities Include:

Reconcile worker timesheets and customer sheets
Calculate Pay based on correct hourly wage, using excel
Verify attendance, hours worked and pay adjustments by speaking with workers and/or project managers
Enter payroll and payable information into Sage
Attendance tracking in excel
Pay suppliers monthly through Sage by direct deposit and cheque
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders via phone, email and text
Accurately file weekly source deductions
Complete monthly remittances and reports for EHT, WSIB, RRSP and benefits
Create utilization reports and labour reports
Administrative support duties

How do I qualify?

Hard Skills:

Sage Experience
Excel
Reliable transportation (note public transit is not available)
Epicor experience is an asset

Soft Skills:

Attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure

This is a Full-time Permanent Position. Hours of work consist of 40 hours/week. Pay is based on experience and ability. The pay range is $24.50-29.00/hour.
