About the Role:
As a Senior Accountant/Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations and contributing to our company’s growth. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial processes and collaborating closely with various teams within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform month-end close activities, including reconciliations of bank, credit card, accounts payable, inventory, and revenue.
- Assist in processing accounts payable invoices and credit card transactions.
- Calculate bi-weekly/monthly payouts for Doctors/Providers.
- Maintain day-to-day clinic expenses and reimbursements, ensuring accurate accounting and efficient processing.
- Collaborate proactively with clinic managers to resolve variances and discrepancies in financial data.
- Assist with new clinic integrations, including vendor transitions, account setups, and sales reconciliations.
- Implement recommendations from the Director and Financial Manager to enhance internal controls.
- Coordinate with external auditors and independently manage audit requests.

- 3+ years of experience with full cycle accounting.
