We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Controller to join our banquet/restaurant team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in food and beverage management and a strong background in accounting or bookkeeping.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records for the banquet and restaurant operations.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial records.
- Assist in inventory management and cost analysis for food and beverage operations.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Assist during weekends or special events as required.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in food and beverage management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
