Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM and Payroll Specialist/ BA to manage and support SAP HCM/Payroll processes and applications with a strong emphasis on Canadian payroll. This role involves application activities, design, configuration, upgrades, and providing ongoing support for the SAP HCM module, including OM (Organizational Management) and TM (Time Management). The ideal candidate will also contribute to system integration, including SuccessFactors, and work collaboratively with MM/SD modules.
Key Responsibilities
SAP HCM/Payroll Application Management:
Configure, support, and maintain SAP HCM modules, including OM, TM, and Payroll, with a specific focus on Canadian payroll compliance and processing.
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, adhering to Canadian payroll standards and regulations.
Design and Configuration:
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional SAP configurations.
Develop and implement enhancements, ensuring optimal system performance.
Configure integration points between SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, MM, and SD modules.
System Upgrades and Support:
Manage SAP HCM/Payroll system upgrades and patches.
Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Ensure system reliability and maintain data accuracy across modules.
Testing and Integration:
Develop and execute test plans for new implementations, configurations, and upgrades.
Facilitate seamless integration with SuccessFactors and other modules such as MM (Materials Management) and SD (Sales and Distribution).
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with Canadian payroll laws and regulations.
Generate payroll reports and provide insights to stakeholders as needed.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP HCM/Payroll with hands-on expertise in Canadian payroll.
Experience with SAP Organizational Management (OM) and Time Management (TM).
Familiarity with SuccessFactors and SAP MM/SD integration.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SAP Payroll configuration and support.
Strong understanding of Canadian payroll regulations and processes.
Experience in system testing and developing test plans.
Knowledge of SAP integration frameworks and tools.
Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00-$135,000.00 per year
