Duties:
- Perform general office duties such as typing, filing, and answering phones
- Assist in maintaining office organization and efficiency
- Provide customer support and handle inquiries
- Utilize computer skills to manage office tasks efficiently
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
-Booking Service Calls
-Recieving parts and inventory management.
-Bookkeeping experience an asset
Experience:
- Experience in an office setting preferred
- Proficiency in using Google Suite and other office software
- Ability to operate phone systems effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer support is beneficial
