Multi-trade company seeking detail-oriented individuals with strong communication and organizational skills to join our administrative team.

The successful candidate's duties will include assisting with reception (answering phones, redirecting calls, taking messages, greeting clients), receiving incoming paperwork, bookkeeping tasks (data entry), and providing assistance to the rest of the administrative team as necessary.

The position schedule is non-negotiable, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Requirements:

Candidates must complete the Attention to Detail assessment.
5-years minimum relevant experience.
Quickbooks Online accounting software (candidates having experience with other similar accounting products will be considered).
Computer software competencies (ie. experience with MS Office programs: Word and Excel).
Previous experience and comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Share Point).
Active listening skills and effective note taking.
Demonstrate good work ethics, strong organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
Possess professional customer service skills.
Work well within a team.
Must be reliable and trustworthy.
Valid driver’s license.

Helpful Certifications:

Business Administration certificate, diploma, or other related and relevant education and/or experience.

Compensation:

Wage negotiable based on experience and skill set.
Benefits with full-time position after 3-month probationary period.
Deferred Profit Share program upon 2nd year work anniversary.
