About this Position
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Mississauga, Ontario.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Scanning, batching and barcoding
- Ensure all redemptions are in order for completeness and suitability
- Initiate contact with agents to resolve the quality of business/ deficient trades
- Responsible for keying KYCs in the system
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Post secondary education or equivalent knowledge and skills acquired through related work experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and strong attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have minimum 50 WPM
- Individuals are expected to work from the office Monday through Friday.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
