This is a teamwork position coordinating duties with the Operations Manager. Pleasant work environment. Requires careful attention to detail while using Excel spreadsheets for billing and tracking purposes. As well must utilize QuickBooks for invoicing of local move services and storage customers and to track payment for invoices. Additional duties include answering phone calls, helping in-person customers, organizing files, assisting in creation of move services paperwork, tracking accounts receivable and being able to type simple customer letters. Lots of communication with the Head Office based in Winnipeg. The person in this position contributes to ensuring that the office runs smoothly.

Pay: $17.31-$22.58 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
