Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and operations by managing various administrative tasks and maintaining effective communication within the organization. This position requires strong clerical skills, coordinating, and the ability to oversee multiple functions within the business.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Dispatching
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records
- Processing payments
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring effective communication
- Order and maintain stock of office and shop supplies
- Other duties as assigned
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in team management or supervising staff is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft applications and Sage 50 is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
