About the Role
The role is offered on a full-time and permanent basis. Administrative Coordinator is responsible for supporting our payroll efforts such as receiving, reviewing/ auditing and data entry of information to meet weekly payroll deadlines. The Admin Coordinator will also be responsible for reconciling information and generating weekly reports to demonstrate profit/ loss statements for their team. They will be responsible for handling confidential documents and time sensitive material.
The idea candidate will be comfortable and experienced with MS Office including MS Exel to generate reports with a minimum of 50 WPM and experienced with numerical data entry. The ability to effectively communicate, multitask and meet deadlines with a high attention to detail is vital to the success of the Admin Coordinator. Delivering quality performance requires all duties are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
· Receiving Road Sheets daily and cross reference data
· Cost calculations and reporting in TMS
· Road Sheet, POD, delivery and driver activity auditing and record keeping
· Data entry into payroll system to meet weekly deadlines and generate weekly payroll
· Investigating discrepancies as needed
· Weekly reporting
· Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
· Provide general support to team as needed
· Other related duties as assigned
Requirements
· Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet deadlines
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong ability to review and interpret data with accuracy
· Strong organizational and planning skills
· Preferable with +1 years of experience in the Transport field or in a related area
· High school diploma
Comfortable using MS Office and Outlook (special focus on Excel)
· Attention to detail and comfortable reviewing data in a validation capacity
· 50+ WPM
· Comfort multitasking and meeting deadlines
· Strong verbal and written communication
· Teamwork
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
