We are seeking a talented and motivated Corporate Finance Analyst to join our client's dynamic finance team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. You will be responsible for preparing various financial statements, including those required for tax reporting and regulatory filings.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports to ensure accurate and timely compliance with accounting standards (US GAAP).
- Coordinate and manage the preparation of ad-hoc financial reports as needed.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and potential risks.
- Assist with the audit process for certain subsidiaries, including preparing audit documentation and coordinating with external auditors.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
