What you’ll do
At PaymentEvolution, you will act as the voice of the company. You will be addressing live problems submitted by our customers via phone and email and guiding the client to see value in the platform. You will be responsible for all aspects of customer care, including customer inquiries, identifying upselling opportunities, troubleshooting, and delighting our customers by resolving their issues and needs in a timely and pleasant manner. As you develop your knowledge, your role will also focus on the payroll-specific issues that our clients face. Your day will look like:
- Provide support and build solid relationships with our customers and sales team
- Develop sound product knowledge to be able to assist with customer inquiries
- Manage customer inbound and outbound inquiries in a timely manner.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Assist with setting up accurate payroll deductions for group benefits contributions
- Payroll and discrepancy investigations
- Custom calculations & payroll problem solving.
