MacKay & Co was established in 1968 and is family owned and operated.
We are looking to add another seasonal and permanent member to our team to help with Office duties, Bookkeeping, Payroll, Government Remittances, Year Ends with journal entries, Preparation of Financial Statements, Corporate Tax Returns, Preparation of Personal Income Tax Returns and collection of data required to help serve our new and long term clients.
Experience with Quickbooks Desktop is required
We are a small friendly office that works together as a team. We offer flexible hours and flexible wages based on experience and abilities. Additional training may also be offered to assist with your co-workers.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software
- Strong understanding of payroll processes
- Familiarity with accounts payable and accounts receivable procedures
- Ability to perform account reconciliation and analysis
- Knowledge of financial reporting
- Certification in accounting or related field is a plus
