Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrator to support the transfer of historical employee data into our new ADP HRIS system. In this role, you will be responsible for manually entering employee information, uploading documents, and ensuring data accuracy. You will also collaborate with various stakeholders to gather necessary data and resolve any discrepancies during the migration process.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter historical employee data into the ADP HRIS system.
- Upload and organize all employee-related documents into the new platform.
- Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather missing information and verify data accuracy.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies during the migration process.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information in compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.
- Other admin duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 3-6 months of experience in an HR administrative or clerical role.
- Data Entry experience is mandatory.
- Experience with ADP systems is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage large volumes of data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with care.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Travel to Vancouver office may be required.
