L’équipe chez Sinca cherche une candidate bilingue qui serait responsable des commandes de nos clients. Ceci comprend l’entrée des données jusqu’à la livraison et collection des comptes recevables. Nous utilisons Sage 300 (Accpac) et une connaissance de ce programme serait un atout. Nous utilisons aussi Excel quotidiennement. De l’expérience avec la gestion de l’inventaire serait souhaitable.
Sinca Furniture and Bedding Supplies Inc. is a distribution company in the furniture component industry. We have warehouses across Canada. The company is a family owned and operated company that has been in existence for over 40 years. The environment is friendly, professional and very fast paced.
The successful candidate will be responsible for entering customer orders in Sage 300, delivery scheduling, maintenance of customer information and price lists. The candidate must have good French language oral skills. The candidate will be performing Accounts Receivable functions and processing customer invoices both manually and through EDI.
Candidate will be expected to participate actively in annual inventory counts.
Candidate must have good Excel Skills, be highly organized. Familiarity with Sage 300/Accpac is a definite asset. Candidate must have experience in an environment with inventory and have good interpersonal skills and be able to handle Customer phone calls in both official languages. The environment is fast paced and fellow team members are highly qualified.
Good interpersonal skills are an asset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
