Duties
- Manage office communications, including answering phone calls and responding to emails with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy access to information.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Assist in training development initiatives by coordinating schedules and preparing training materials.
- Support human resources functions by maintaining employee records and assisting with onboarding processes.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
- Familiarity with human resources practices is desirable but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
