We are presently looking for an Accounting Clerk who has experience in accounting.
Job description/responsibilities:
- Retrieves the initial vehicle invoices for payment;
- Reconcile deposits and payments received, and statements;
- Update the ledger of customer accounts;
- Maintains a petty cash system;
- Documents sales operations in the accounting records;
- Prepare deposits and complete cash control worksheet;
- Overview of complete cycle of payable and receivable accounts; including preparation of statements
- Compiles reports as requested;
- Performs other tasks, based on his/her supervisor’s requirements and instructions.
Prerequisites :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting;
- Must have advanced knowledge of Excel and Word software.
- Bilingual will be considered an asset;
- Must be organized and professional.
