Responsibilities:

- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data
- Conduct account reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Inventory tracking
Payroll
- manage bank deposits
-Government remittances - HST, source deductions, WSIB
- Provide support during audits and tax filings
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in using accounting software (Simply accounting SAGE)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
This position currently requires 20-25 hours per week. The hours of work are flexible in both the days worked and hours.
Note: Relevant work experience will also be considered.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $24.50 per hour
