Job description/responsibilities:

Retrieves the initial vehicle invoices for payment;
Reconcile deposits and payments received, and statements;
Update the ledger of customer accounts;
Maintains a petty cash system;
Documents sales operations in the accounting records;
Prepare deposits and complete cash control worksheet;
Overview of complete cycle of payable and receivable accounts; including preparation of statements
Compiles reports as requested;
Performs other tasks, based on his/her supervisor’s requirements and instructions.

Prerequisites :

Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting;
Must have advanced knowledge of Excel and Word software.
Bilingual will be considered an asset;
Must be organized and professional.
