Our esteemed client is seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with revenue recognition policies.
- Analyze customer profitability within unique service offerings and provide insights to enhance operations.
- Monitor accounts receivable, proactively communicating with clients regarding credit limits and overdue accounts.
- Reconcile customer accounts and post payments with precision.
- Process invoices while adhering to departmental authorization limits and maintaining thorough documentation.
- Review payment requests for completeness and proper authorization.
- Conduct monthly account reconciliations to ensure financial integrity.
- Assist in preparing working papers for year-end audits and perform various other accounting tasks as assigned.
- Maintain organized filing systems and assist with general office duties, including ordering supplies and planning team events.
- Provide support for various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- A degree or diploma in Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Proficient in English with clear and concise communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Capable of managing sensitive information discreetly.
- Experience with ERP systems like D365 and payroll software
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite.
- 1-2 years of accounting experience, focusing on data entry and reconciliations.
