Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with various payroll systems and strong analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Full-cycle payroll processing for 300 employees
- Prepare T4 and annual reconciliations for Federal and Provincial agencies
- Process Record of Employments (ROE)
- Answer payroll inquiries
- Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate employee data
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and legislations
- Handle inquiries from employees regarding payroll matter
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using payroll software such as Workday, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ceridian
- Proficient in MS Office, specifically in Excel
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to analyze and reconcile complex accounts and discrepancies
- Familiarity with accounting software for payroll processing
- Experience in administrative tasks related to payroll
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
