Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Accounts Receivable.
· Process customer payments: recording checks, EFT’s, and credit card transactions.
· Monitor aging to ensure customer payments are up to date
· Communicate with customers for overdue payments (Inbound/outbound)
· Open new customer accounts and process credit applications
· Verify discrepancies and resolve client billing issues.
· Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
Qualifications
· Minimum 3 years of proven accounting experience (accounts receivable or accounts payable)
· Strong knowledge of French and English
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Excellent time management and organizational skills
· Knowledge of excel, MS office, and comfortable using an ERP
