The successful candidate will ensure that all aspects of accounts receivable and collection practices balance with the company values and financial responsibilities. Specifically, you are responsible for daily account management, which includes, but is not limited to, processing and application of payments, collections, releasing orders on credit hold, reconciliations, credit validation and other customer service support related to customers’ accounts. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will also uphold the strict confidentiality and privacy of financial records as they relate to the organization and its business partners. This is going to be a remote role based anywhere in Canada, preferrably closer to one of our branches.
Your story
To be successful in this position, you have a minimum of 3 years experience in accounts receivable and collections along with the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment. In addition, you have excellent customer service and client communication skills. You are proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel. You should be extremely detail-oriented and a team player. French language skills are required for this role.
Successful candidates will be required to complete a criminal and credit background check.
