Role Description
This is a part-time Bookkeeper role at Maverick Agency. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing financial statements, bookkeeping tasks, accounting software (Quickbooks Online), journal entries, invoicing and regular reporting. This is a hybrid role based in Calgary, AB, with flexibility for some remote work along with a presence in-office. Estimated monthly time required in the 20-30 hour range. This position can be designed around your schedule and is competitive in pay.
Qualifications
- Financial Statements and Bookkeeping expertise
- Proficiency in Accounting Software
- Knowledge of Finance principles
- Experience with Journal Entries (Accounting, QBO)
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Relevant certification in Accounting or Finance
