QuickBooks Desktop, Intermediate Excel, Payroll experience
GRB Restaurants owns 5 restaurants in the Durham Region. We are seeking a full time experienced bookkeeper for our small office.
This is a hands-on, in-office position with a small team that encourages training and growth.
Your responsibilities include:
Bank reconciliations
Assist with Bi-weekly payroll preparation
Enter accounts payable
Assist with Report preparation with journal entries, accruals and reconciliations
Filing
Other general administrative duties, as needed
Experience
Canadian accounting experience, including Canadian payroll
Strong English skills, both verbal and written
Personal
Friendly, adaptable, organized, willing to take on new tasks
Ability to work as a team member
Detail oriented, accuracy with numbers
Reliable with own vehicle available
Aware of time sensitive requirements
