We are an ever growing bookkeeping and taxation firm of 26 years- we are located in Whitby, servicing clients province wide.

We offer a personalized bookkeeping experience in a boutique style environment, and we have trusted and valued relationships with each and every one of our clients. For this reason, we are searching for a complimentary addition to our team of amazing individuals.

This position is onsite at our Whitby office. Business hours are 9:30am - 5pm. This position is fully onsite to start- but after candidate can show a strong grasp of duties- it could progress to 2 days of remote work.

We are searching for a skilled candidate with at least 2 years of a strong accounting background and knowledge of QuickBooks. This position is for a well rounded bookkeeper with experience in working with multiple clients and industries.

Knowledge and experience with full accounting procedures is essential including data entry with correct tax rulings and account allocations, bank reconciliations, financial statement analysis, government tax remittances. This position will be working closely with a senior bookkeeper, so as long as there is a knowledge base there, assistance is very much at hand.

We are open to candidates new to the industry but with recent completion of accounting programs at a college level.
