We are seeking an enthusiastic, hands-on Office Manager in managing the financial and accounting systems for both our Sturgeon Falls and our New Liskeard locations.

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversees dealership accounting staff - Directs staff in providing and maintaining procedures and systems necessary to insure proper records, adequate accounting, financial, and related services.
- Provides proactive, problem-solving support to the management team and other staff.
- Daily oversees the financial Line of Credit and Pay off flooring
- Monitors and maintains corporate cash management function. Works with management to forecast cash flow needs and to optimize cash position.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivables
- Directs the Company's credit policies, procedures and collection activities.
- Reinforces company policies and adheres to all company standards
- Maintains and inspects for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Ensures proper internal controls are in place
- Reviews the reconciliation of general ledger accounts with outside sources to ensure proper bank reconciliation, reserve accounts, factory payable, and floor plan payable
- Prepares information for tax planning and reporting and insures they occur on a timely basis.
- Assists in the selection of vendors and other third party relationships. Responsible for review of and adherence to contracts and other contractual relationships.
- Oversees and performs HR / Payroll duties – which may include the calculating of all payroll and reporting duties
Requirements:
- Requires Automotive Accounting, Billing Clerk, Office Manager, and or Controller experience
- Experience in an Automotive Dealership office is required.
- Requires strong communication, customer service, leadership and organizational skills
- Experience working with management team on financial analysis and expense control
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel. DealerTrack experience a PLUS!
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting is preferred but not required for the highly experienced candidate
- A stable and verifiable work history is a must

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
