*Job Summary*
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure the integrity of accounting information. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial procedures, analyzing financial activities, and providing strategic recommendations to improve our company's financial performance.
*Duties*
- Manage and supervise the accounting team
- Oversee day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and account reconciliation
- Develop and monitor budgets, financial reports, and forecasts
- Conduct regular account analysis and provide recommendations for improvement
- Utilize accounting software such as Sage, Spire,Epicor to maintain accurate financial records
- Ensure compliance with all accounting regulations and standards
*Requirements*
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proven work experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, account analysis, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as Sage, Spire,Epicor
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lead a team effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently
