We provide full-cycle bookkeeping services to our incorporated clients. This includes:
- Data validation/verification, maintain general ledger
- Reconciliations and month end journal entries
- Compliance Returns and filing (HST, GST, PST, Payroll, Workers Comp)
- Financial Reporting and analysis
- Year-end preparation and coordination with Tax Accountants
We serve a variety of industries including:

What You Will Do
- Data entry using cloud-based products, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to company policies.
- Engage with your supervisor to address inquiries, resolve issues, and seek guidance when needed.
- Prepare and present financial reports, summaries, and analysis to your supervisor.
- Follow written processes and procedures.
- Communicate proactively to avoid delays and misunderstandings.
What You Bring
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, including data entry, reconciliations, adjustments, and year-end activities
- Prior experience working in an accounting or bookkeeping practice (2 years preferred)
- Communication skills – able to confidently and competently communicate with both colleagues and clients
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ progressive experience in full-cycle paperless bookkeeping, including payroll
- College diploma or University degree in Accounting
- QuickBooks Online Certified
- Must be eligible to work in Canada; Must reside in Canada
- Preference is given to candidates living in the Winnipeg area and those living within or near the Central Time Zone
