As a AP Analyst you will be responsible for managing AP process.
Responsibilities:
- Match vendor invoices with the PO in Deacom and Concur and enter invoice into Deacom
- Maintain receiving paperwork
- Upload copies of the invoices into Deacom
- Issue payments according to the vendor terms
- Match invoices to the payment
- Reconcile vendor statements on monthly basis
- Act as first line contact with vendors regarding billing problems.
- Maintain Enter invoices into Manage accounts payable
- Make arrangements for payment of outstanding and late accounts.
- Participate in the monthly system close process and the reconciliation of AP sub-ledgers
- Assist with the annual audit requests
Education: Post-Secondary education in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or in related fields
