Description
Location Address: Hybrid (1-2x/week on site), 44 King Street W 12th Floor
Contract Duration: 6 months
Schedule Hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday, 37.5 hrs per week
Story Behind the Need
- Business group: Payroll, Time, Attendance & Compensation
- Project: Payroll project – ongoing with some enhancements to existing payroll benefits compensation, pension technology
- Reason for request: New requirement in the project
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills
- 5-7 years’ experience as BA
- Recent experience within HR applications Implementation / enhancement (SAP Payroll, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Incentive Management)
- Recent intermediate SQL and reporting experience.
- Ability to create business solutions that increase competitive advantage.
- Project management skills to handle diverse projects, often simultaneously, and meet aggressive deadlines.
- Ability to increase operating efficiency with produce high quality technical solutions.
Nice-To-Have Skills
- Basic knowledge of programming languages in order to comprehend reading code and basic functions.
Best Vs Average
Relevant experience and IT knowledge, Presentation & Articulation with examples, Self-starter, work independently.
