We are looking for an organised, efficient, bilingual Accounting Technician to join our team!
If you like working with numbers, are detail oriented, able to handle multiple tasks and someone who takes initiative, this is a great role for you.
Our Accounting Technicians support the finance group by encompassing a wide variety of tasks to ensure accounting processes operate smoothly including;
- Full cycle of accounts receivable responsibilities
- Preparing monthly rent rolls and Deposit slips.
- Banking responsibilities including monthly bank reconciliations.
- The position also offers the opportunity to take on various projects as assigned.
Education and experiences:
- DEP in Accounting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent (an asset).
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, using an accounting software.
- Knowledge of real estate and or a real estate software is a plus.
- Must be bilingual (French and English).
