Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Chartered Professional Accountant at Dominion Forming Inc. As a Charted Professional Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, including bookkeeping, payroll, bank reconciliations, A/R and A/P reconciliations, financial reporting, managing journal entries, and using accounting software. This is an on-site position based in Vaughan, ON.
Qualifications
- Charted Professional Accountant designation
- Strong knowledge of financial statements and bookkeeping principles
- Proficiency in using accounting software
- Experience in managing journal entries and reconciling accounts
- Understanding of finance and accounting processes
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years work experience
- Must have working knowledge in Microsoft office and ideally Sage 300 Construction and Real-estate software
