Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Bookkeeper. Work will be mostly remote, but from time-to-time may require in person shifts to review accounts. As a Bookkeeper at Meta Arts Management Inc., you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and producing financial statements for Meta Arts Management Inc., and it's additional businesses in relation to the company. You will also collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting. This role is located in Toronto, ON, with flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and/or experience working in the music or entertainment business an asset
- Strong knowledge of financial statements and bookkeeping principles
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Experience in finance and journal entries
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred
Pay
$35.00 /hour - weekly hours determined by scope of work
