ARPAC is expanding and we need you! We are currently looking for a Credit Supervisor to add to our dynamic Accounting team in Delta. The ideal candidate has prior collections management experience and related post-secondary education; all complimented with strong multi-tasking, organizational and leadership skills.
A Typical Day
Your day will always be filled with a challenge and variety! Reporting to the Controller, this role is responsible for supporting and building internal processes that facilitate our speed of collections, reduce the risk of bad debts, account reconciliations, and much more! This position will oversee our Accounts Receivable team and work with various other departments like Sales and Operations.

Requirements
- Previous Accounts Receivable and Collections experience (3+ years)
- Post-Secondary Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance is preferred
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics-Nav is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal/team building skills
- Effective verbal, listening, written communication skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Flexible and willing to change with the environmen
- Communicating with a wide variety of people in a variety of settings
Expected Annual Salary: $60k-$65k (salary will commensurate with experience)
