Role Description
This is a full-time Finance Manager role located in Winnipeg, MB. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities within the company, including budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial goals and objectives are met and provide strategic recommendations to improve financial performance. This role offers an opportunity to work on-site and be an integral part of our finance team.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations
- Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CPA certification or equivalent is a plus
- Experience in the security or tactical industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
