This position is 30 hours per week , Monday to Friday with flexible day time shifts.
Salary is negotiable based upon experience.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Accounting Technician is responsible for supporting day to day accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, closing work orders, credit applications, and general accounting. You will be ensuring effective, efficient, and accurate financial information and company processes. General office duties are also required; answering phones, scanning documents and filing.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Good customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with computers and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and various office machines.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Post-Secondary education required.
Diploma in Accounting preferred
Must be legally able to work in Canada.
Must have own reliable transportation.
