Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Accounts Receivable.
- Process customer payments: recording checks, EFT’s, and credit card transactions.
- Monitor aging to ensure customer payments are up to date
- Communicate with customers for overdue payments (Inbound/outbound)
- Open new customer accounts and process credit applications
- Verify discrepancies and resolve client billing issues.
- Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proven accounting experience (accounts receivable or accounts payable)
- Strong knowledge of French and English
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of excel, MS office, and comfortable using an ERP
