Job Summary:
Lane Four is seeking an experienced Financial Leader to lead our financial operations and support our continued growth. We are looking for a dynamic, strategic leader who excels both collaboratively and independently, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong aptitude for managing complex financial operations. The ideal candidate will bring a deep expertise in financial strategy, risk management, and operational efficiency, along with a proven ability to provide strategic insights and maintain precise attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute financial strategies, policies, and procedures in alignment with company goals
- Lead financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Manage core accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities
- Monitor cash flow, investments, and capital expenditure processes to ensure financial stability
- Provide data-driven, strategic recommendations to the executive team and the Board based on financial performance and market insights
- Ensure effective internal controls and risk management practices are in place
- Collaborate with the leadership team to drive the company’s global expansion
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth
- Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors, regulators, and financial institutions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA designation required
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 2 years in a Senior Leadership Role
- Demonstrated experience in Tech/Consulting
- Background in international expansion is a significant asset
- Expertise in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of driving results and managing change effectively
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels
