Our privately owned and growing services company is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team in the Mount Forest area. This individual will report into the CFO and lead a team of 4. They will oversee the accounting department and assist with budgeting, preparing financial statements, work on various reports, analysis and costing.
Please note: this position requires you to be in Ontario and in the local area, as this is an on-site position.

Responsibilities:
- Manage, coach and mentor the accounting team
- Assist in the preparation of the budget and forecasts
- Prepare financial reports (monthly, quarterly and annual budget to actual schedules) and analysis
- Manage accounting operations, capital asset tracking, inventory control, and general accounting duties
- Main point of contact for the auditors
- Cashflow management
- Review payroll processing and accounting entries
- Assist the CFO with projects and process improvements
Qualifications:
- CPA designated preferred, or enrolled in
- 3+ years of Full-cycle accounting experience
- Experience with putting processes into place
- Intermediate to advance excel skills
