Accounting Clerk
Job Description:
· Posting vehicle deals – New, Used, Wholesale, Dealer Trades and Fleet
· Register vehicle sales and extended warranty purchases
· Review, investigate and correct errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents and reports
· Prepare monthly account reconciliations and remittances
· Other special projects, reports, tasks, and financial assessments
· Assist with the accounting of inventory categories and cleaning of schedules
Requirements:
· Experience in the automotive accounting industry, PBS experience a benefit
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with a high level of proficiency in Excel
· Must possess strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
· Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high-level accountability
· Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
· Proven ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced working environment, frequently under urgent deadlines
